This week we will be...

We'll be working on one of the new tunes that we have in the pipeline - there's one provisionally called (I Like) Staying In and another that's definitely called All Over Me.

We will also be checking sales to date of our fabulous CD. We know that these will be somewhere between 8 and 18 so we haven't achieved world domination yet. If you'd like to buy one, you can see how to by checking below in our first post.

Wally has been playing a little riff he knocked together on the train home from London a couple of weeks ago using Nanostudio on his iPhone. This will probably end up as the ending of another tune in due course. We think it's quite hypnotic - you can check it out here

Right - this is the first and last time either of us will be doing this (probably). Buy one of our fabulous signed CDs or have a listen to our stuff on our SoundCloud page. If you think our tunes are worth it, we'll put a band together to take the music round and about. If we do, it will be good - we promise. If you think it's worth us bothering, comment below or say something on our Facebook page.

BUY OUR CD - SONGS FROM A SHED - HERE!

We've just completed our first album - Songs From a Shed. It's been two years in the making, and nearly all of it has been recorded in Steve's shed studio (not in the shed pictured - that's on Wally's allotment.)
We have been around the music scene in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire for longer than we care to mention. Both of us have been members of legendary ska/rock band Owter Zeds (Wally still is) but this is the first time we have been partners in a writing, producing and recording project. We're already at work on that difficult second album.

You can preview Songs From a Shed on our Soundcloud page; alternatively you can buy a signed copy of the CD from us. Here's how to do it:

  • Like us on our Facebook page
  • Send a message to us giving your name and delivery address
  • send a payment of six pounds (includes £1 postage and packing) via the PayPal link below. We will dispatch your CD on receipt of your payment.

And we've just sent a few tracks to BBC Introducing - hoping to get a play or two....
Head to bbc.co.uk/introducing, upload your music and you could have your tracks broadcast on BBC Radio
